Matsushita, Director of Precision Machine Division at Seibu.
In his role as Director, he is responsible for many different areas of manage-
ment. He manages the sales departments dealing with both domestic and
international sales. Additionally, he manages and guides all other Precision
Machine Division departments, including manufacturing, R&D, quality control,
human resources, and even accounting.
