                                            Matsushita, Director of Precision Machine Division at Seibu.

                                            In his role as Director, he is responsible for many different areas of manage-
                                            ment. He manages the sales departments dealing with both domestic and
                                            international sales. Additionally, he manages and guides all other Precision
                                            Machine Division departments, including manufacturing, R&D, quality control,
                                            human resources, and even accounting.

                                            With a background in engineering, Mr. Matsushita spent time in both
                                            Taiwan and China involved in installation, training and customer support.

                                            In the interview, Mr. Matsushita shares his perspectives on Seibu manage-

          EDT: In 1986, there was a decision to take Seibu public.   One of our fundamental principles is: Unwavering Trust
