Stephanie is new to our industry. Born in Burbank, IL, she considers herself a Cubs fan—
even though Burbank is a southern suburb of Chicago. She has previously worked in the
printing industry, residential construction, and the security industry before accepting
a position with EDM Network.

In all of her previous jobs, Stephanie had a role in customer service. Working with customers came naturally to her.
She is now learning about EDM parts and consumables. It’s a bit of a steep learning curve, as there are thousands of

parts to become familiar with—as well as our industry jargon. Stephanie expressed her gratitude to Dan Vogel, who
has been a tremendous help in getting her up to speed. She also thanked Larry McNamee, Alan Barbick, Sergio
Altamirano, and her other co-workers.

Stephanie loves her job at EDM Network. She feels that
she is part of a family where everyone pitches in to take
care of the customer. Her primary duties include maintain-
ing proper inventory levels, processing customer orders,
and handling packing and shipping.

While she is very warm and welcoming, there is also a
serious side to Stephanie. She approaches her responsi-
bilities with focus and dedication. She knows that EDM
EDM Today Magazine EDM Today Magazine EDM Today Magazine
Network’s customers have jobs to fi nish and need their
orders turned around quickly. It’s not uncommon for her to
personally take a shipment to the UPS shipping center if an
order comes in late in the day after the regular pickup time.
She explained that EDM Network President Ron Vogel has
nurtured a culture that prioritizes customer service and
employee collaboration—something that perfectly aligns
with her own values.

When asked what the future holds for her career, she said she is excited. She believes there are opportunities
for career growth at EDM Network, and her plan is to approach each day with optimism, striving to do the
best job possible.
