use of additional axes of motion. On a
Sinker EDM, this can be a simple rotary
table or a combination of C with A and B
axes. On a Small Hole EDM, this can be a
fully submersible tilt/swivel table used to
produce turbine blades. On a Wire EDM,
additional axes support complete turn-
and-burn functionality.

All Sodick machines support a full eight
axes of control. The control can integrate
with all popular brands of auxiliary axes.
The additional axes are programmed
seamlessly through the Sodick HMI. All
functionality is supported, including part
pick-ups. This ensures the highest possi-
