On a brisk March day, EDM Today had the opportunity to visit Tool Tech in Springﬁ eld, Ohio. Founded in 1985, the
company serves multiple industries, including aerospace, defense, automotive, and consumer goods. Like many
companies, Tool Tech began by renting a small space in a local building. By consistently producing high-quality
