                                             Dr. Heering was the fi rst to answer and explained that while both shows
                                             focus on metalworking, there are really two major differences. One, EMO is
                                             much bigger than IMTS both in terms of physical exhibition space, and
                                             also in terms of the number of exhibitors and visitors. Two, while IMTS
                                             visitors are predominantly from the USA, EMO has a much broader mix of
                                             international visitors.
                                             Jochem Arnold told the group that, from his perspective, the networking
                                             opportunities make exhibiting very valuable for Emag. He added that
                                             nowhere else can you make such broad-reaching, diverse international
