Few in our industry can match Dave Thomas’s remark-
able success. As of December 31, 2024, Dave has
retired as Executive Vice President at Sodick, capping a
career in EDM that spans more than 40 years. Retiring
at the pinnacle of his profession, Dave leaves behind
a legacy of leadership and innovation. His career path
is extraordinary, and EDM Today is proud to share his
inspiring story.
