Larry introduced me to Stephanie Heavrin, Parts Coordinator at
EDM Network. Stephanie has an infectious smile and was very
happy to talk about her role at EDM Network's consumables
department. She is a relatively new addition to the EDM Network
team. She said that she has much to learn about the vast
offering of consumables and parts that EDM Network provides.
She joked, “Our Slogan, Everything in EDM, is an understate-
ment. Between options for wire, fi lters, EDM oil, guides, nozzles,

brass tubes, resin, DI swap-out tanks, and much more, there
is a lot to learn.”
Stephanie expressed gratitude to the EDM Network engineering
and technical team. She indicated that whenever a customer
has a technical question or asks for a recommendation, the
technical people are happy to talk with them and help them choose the best product.
When asked about her philosophy of customer service, she thought for a moment and explained that the culture at
EDM Network is very customer-centric. Everyone strives to provide the best possible customer service. She works
to build relationships with customers and make them understand that she is there for them. At the same time, she
also respects the customer’s time and works to be as effi cient as possible when processing an order. She added that
processing the order and getting the shipment on the way to the customer is of paramount importance.
